Stomping Grounds Restaurant Unit Franchise: Based on the territory/city/region/locality of your intended business, you could apply for a a Unit Franchise and operate just 1 store.

Single Owner Dual-unit Franchise: Based on the size of the territory/city/region/locality of your intended business, you may be also required to open a Stomping Grounds Café as a second unit which will help you cover a larger demographic of customer

Regional Development Franchise: Based on your financial ability to start and manage several units with a territory, you may apply for a Regional Development Franchise which will cover a combination of Restaurants and Cafes within that territory and within a stipulated timeframe.

What would it cost you to contract a Stomping Grounds franchise?

The Stomping Grounds Franchise costs are variable dependent on the type of franchise contracted. The franchise costs are independent of the construction and set-up of the unit(s).

The Franchise Fee is the amount the franchisee pays the franchisor for the professional and logistical support the franchisor offers the franchisee through the set-up and opening stages, which among others, cover all legal costs.

The Franchise fee is also independent of the Royalty Fee which is calculated as a percentage of the Billing (Revenue).

In addition, there is a Marketing Fee which is either a direct marketing expenditure the franchisee is committed to spend OR a contribution to the overall brand marketing spend routed through the franchisor.

What is the contract term of a Stomping Grounds Franchise?

The contract terms of a Stomping Grounds Franchise is for 5 years and renewable for an additional term of 5 years by mutual agreement with no additional Franchise Fee save the Legal Costs of drawing up the Renewal Agreement.
